Ensuring a unifying role for public stakeholders in capacity building, legislation, regulations, asset management studies, and contract monitoring.
Delegated Project Management
Conducting studies, managing contracts, and monitoring implementation on behalf of the State.
Supervising Operating Contracts
Ensuring the compliance of operating contracts.
